How do I use a guitar capo?

Stick the capo as close to the fret as possible without making the strings buzz when you strum as shown in the picture below. 2. Make sure you clamp down on the strings in such a way that the strings do not bend or move on the fret. This movement of the strings will cause the guitar to be out of tune.
